One-on-One 45 minute personal training session. Suitable for weight loss, toning, improving overall fitness, event preparation, skill building. Includes take-home program, assessment, goal setting and use of gym during the week from 4pm-8pm Mon-Fri.
Booking required: Individuals must book their sessions prior to attending.
Session Durations: 45 minute session duration (longer session times available on request)
1 x 45min session per week** @ $100 per session
2 x 45min session per week** @ $90 per session
3 x 45min session per week** @ $80 per session
Missed/make-up policy: Individual must notify trainer no less than 12 hours in advance of not being able to attend or any fees paid will be non-refundable.
