ONLINE COACHING

Ideal for individuals who want to take their training to the next level but aren’t able to make it to our facility. Athletes receive personalised programming suited to their level of experience and goals with regular communication with Ricky via Watsapp or Instagram.

Booking required: Individuals should communicate with head coach Ricky Gulyamov to confirm the best method of communication between parties.

$110.00 per month via direct debit.

Two week free trial available on application.

ATLETIKA CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Up to 8 training sessions per week, includes individualised programming, goal setting and seminars, team training shirt and training log. This membership is ideal for those wanting to take their training more seriously with a focus of competing in the future.

Application required: Membership application must be approved and signed before membership becomes active. Class timetable should be discussed with coaches to have an agreed session timetable between athlete and coach.

Session Durations: 2-3 hours

  • Senior : $49.75 per week via direct debit.
  • Student: $44.75 per week via direct debit.

*Missed/make-up policy: Where possible Athlete should notify coach of absence in advance.

CASUAL VISIT AND FIVE PACKS

Single lessons via individual purchase or five pack purchase. This option is ideal for those wanting to have a one off session to sharpen their skills or have a keen eye look over their form.

Booking required: Individuals must book their sessions prior to attending.

Session Durations: 2-3 hours

Single: $38.00 paid prior to lesson

Five Pack: $170.00 paid prior to lesson. Pre-paid lesson packs must be used within 3 months of purchase

*Missed/make-up policy: Individual must notify coaches no less than 12 hours in advance of not being able to attend or any fees paid will be non-refundable.

PRIVATE LESSONS

One-on-One 60 minute lessons with head coach Ricky Gulyamov. The perfect option for the athlete who wants that extra edge in their training. A take home personalised program is included. An Atletika club membership is included with every ongoing private lesson committment.*

Session Durations: 60 minute lesson duration (longer session times available on request)

1 x 60min session per week** @ $100 per session

2 x 60min session per week** @ $90 per session

3 x 60min session per week** @ $80 per session

PERSONAL TRAINING

One-on-One 45 minute personal training session. Suitable for weight loss, toning, improving overall fitness, event preparation, skill building. Includes take-home program, assessment, goal setting and use of gym during the week from 4pm-8pm Mon-Fri.

Booking required: Individuals must book their sessions prior to attending.

Session Durations: 45 minute session duration (longer session times available on request)

1 x 45min session per week** @ $100 per session

2 x 45min session per week** @ $90 per session

3 x 45min session per week** @ $80 per session
